Care, Health and Independence

The Care, Health and Independence Delivery Partnership brings together partners from across local authorities, health trusts, the voluntary and independent sectors, and various partnership boards that represent the ‘voice’ of groups such as family carers and older people. The partnership will monitor progress towards the Suffolk Local Area Agreement targets that are linked to adult care and health issues, such as independent living and access to health and support services. The partnership held their first meeting on the 23 January 2009.
