Performance Management
The purpose of the performance management function is to:
- Promote a robust performance management culture, strive for continuous improvement and support those responsible for service delivery
- Support the development and embedding of risk management across the Council
- Contextualise and interpret performance and risk information to inform strategic direction and decision making and drive service improvement
- Continuously review and develop performance indicators which measure both service outcomes and service quality
- Support the Council in the preparation for inspection and other regulatory activity
Performance Management Reports
Quarterly performance reports will aim to give the most up to date quantitative information available supported with commentary from the delivery partnerships to provide an overview of performance activity in relation to all LAA2 targets and meeting Suffolk’s aspirations as set out in the community strategy.
